How do I place an order?

You can either provide clean sneakers or I would be happy to source your sneakers of choice and add the cost of the sneakers to the final bill. Take a look at the KICKS section for inspiration, or send links of your ideas. I will respond within 24 hours.

What do you need from me in order to get started?

Fill out the inquiry form in all fields.  Once the order form has been submitted you will receive an email regarding the next steps and 1st payment.  This will include the cost of sneakers (if we are sourcing them), cost of labor, custom laces if requested, and shipping and handling.  The 1st payment is considered the deposit.  All deposits are final and non-refundable.  The outstanding payment to be determined will be cost of materials if specified. 

How soon do I get my order?

Orders fulfilled within 4-6 weeks from when the kicks are received.

Can you rush my order?

2 weeks rush available for an additional charge *depends on the design

Do you offer refunds/returns?

All sales are final on made to order customs.  No refunds or exchanges.
