For this project I was commissioned to create custom baby clothing for a baby shower. The task was to create gender neutral onesies and a denim jacket as the baby’s gender was unknown. I had a little pressure as I am friends with the baby’s parents but it also made adding all the details extra special.

BEHIND THE DESIGN: One of the onesies reads, “Everyone is a winner!” three times. The baby’s mother is the founder of LottoLove, the first ever scratch off with a social mission and the only lotto that makes everyone a winner. All scratch off cards are winners and give charitable gifts to someone in need.

Another design element detail was using patches. Knowing that both of my friends had parents/grandparents in the military I used military patches and also NY patches to represent the baby’s soon to be hometown.
